Beam - This involves timing the girls and giving a warning when time gets close and then announcing time if they exceed the time.  Once in a while we have to give a warning but I have hardly ever announce times up.  Also one parent will be making sure there is a score on each of the judges sheets and recording the score onto a card and passing the sheets to the runner.

Bars- This involves timing if the girl falls off the bars.  The other parent is recording scores.

Admissions - This one I forgot to put on the sheet.  You will sit inside the gym and collect fees for admission and sell programs and 50/50 tickets

50/50 tickets - this one is for invitational only.  Walk around selling 50/50 tickets

9:30-12:30 I need 2 people

Door Duty - This is making sure people have a stamp in order to enter by the concession door and that no food or drink except for water and what the judges have enters the gym.
